What Is Boxing Foundation?

A beginner-friendly boxing course focused on real technique, fitness, and confidence. Whether you're brand new or returning to the basics, this programme teaches you how to move, punch, and defend like a boxer - in a supportive, empowering environment.

What You’ll Learn – Week by Week

Stance & Punch Technique

Learn how to stand, move, and throw punches with power and control.

Footwork & Movement

Develop footwork, balance, and defensive movement.

Defence & Combinations

Master blocks, slips, and put it all together in simple combos.


4

Ring Drills & Conditioning

Pad work, partner drills, and boxing-style fitness conditioning.

FAQs

  • Do I need experience?

    Nope – total beginners welcome!

  • What should I bring?

    Water, gloves and wraps if you have them. If not, we have spare gloves and hand wraps to purchase for £12.50.


    Please ensure your trainers are clean.


  • What if I miss a class?

    The course is non-refundable and sessions can't be rescheduled – try to attend all 4!
