Box & Burn

A high-energy boxing fitness class combining boxing and weight training to build strength, cardio, and full-body fitness.

LUNCH & PUNCH

A fast-paced boxing fitness class designed to fit perfectly into your lunch break. In just 50 minutes, you’ll combine boxing-based movement with strength work for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energised, strong, and ready for the rest of your day.

Boxing Fundamentals/ Level up

Learn proper boxing technique in a supportive, beginner-focused class. This session covers stance, footwork, defence, and basic combinations, helping you build strong foundations and confidence.

Muay Thai

Traditional Muay Thai training covering punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and conditioning. Sessions focus on technique, fitness, and controlled training in a supportive environment.

Joining a gym can feel intimidating, which is why we offer women-only training sessions. Train alongside other women in a supportive environment through our ladies-only boxing and ladies-only strength classes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located?

    We're located behind Pizza Express on Esher High Street. Walk into the private car park, opposite Healix and you'll see our entrance on the left-hand side. 

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?

    If you’re unable to attend a booked class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to retain your class credit.

  • Can I try before committing?

    Absolutely! As an intro offer try 2 classes for only £26 to experience Gym & Jab. Get a feel for our unique boxing and strength workouts before you decide!

  • What shall I bring to a class?

    Please bring a water bottle and a towel to each session. Please also ensure that your shoes are clean.

  • Can I borrow gloves?

    Yes you can. We have boxing gloves that are available for you to use. For hygiene purposes, all borrowed boxing gloves must be worn over hand wraps. These can be purchased at our front desk.
